Four Steps to Smile Service | Record the rapid development of the optometry business of the first offline skill training company of the optometry department, and the growing number of young partners in the optometry department. As early as the end of 2021, the training department was planning training for the optometry department, but due to the epidemic and other reasons, it was delayed and finally achieved the first phase of offline training on May 27.

It is a great honor to invite the National Training Director and Zhejiang Training Manager of Polaroid Glasses to give us a class. The partners of the Optics Department who participated in this training include: Zhang Wei, Liu Lan, Liao Xingge, Tang Yihao, Bao Xiang, Zhang Hongyang, Han Xiaolei, Zhang Xujie, Rao Huijun, Xia Lingxin, Wu Xiaofang, Mei Ting, Zhao Yicong, and Li Ruize. I believe that this training will be helpful to everyone's work, and I hope that more optometry department partners can sign up for the training next time.

1、 Pay attention to reception etiquette
 
The optometrist partners of the company vary in age, but most are young people in their early twenties and still have insufficient work experience. I hope that through training, everyone can enhance their service awareness, strengthen their service philosophy, and improve their service level. In terms of appearance and appearance, they should be more standardized, pay attention to dressing and dressing, and hope to immediately adjust and improve upon returning.
 
2: Provide experiential services
The optical shop industry has become involved in competing for better tea and coffee. Due to the company's support of OK Mirror, the degree of competition is not so fierce. The more so, the more we should improve our service capabilities. Currently, the company's stores not only have all the equipment in the glasses store, but also have equipment that the glasses store does not have. We can provide various free examinations that parents know and do not know, popularize various ophthalmic knowledge, and teach various eye health exercises. We can provide parents with other free examinations when their children undergo examinations, which greatly improves the experience of parents and accompanying personnel. I believe that everyone can use their brains, explore more and pay more attention, and both performance and customer satisfaction will rapidly improve!
 
3: Consultation
When a customer enters a store, they must have five major questions: phone number, occupation, history of wearing glasses, used glasses, and needs; Through the phone, customers' consumption ability can be known to a certain extent. Through occupation, customers' needs for wearing glasses can be judged. Through wearing glasses history, attention can be paid to avoiding mistakes during fitting. Through old glasses, customers' taste in wearing glasses can be judged. Through direct needs, accurate communication can be achieved. I hope that through training, we can broaden our service ideas and improve our personal communication skills!
 
4: Provide professional services
To do a good job, workers must first sharpen their tools, and their professional knowledge and sales skills must be cultivated in real time. The company will always provide training and learning opportunities for everyone; This time, we also conducted training and field exercises on how to select frames, as well as a competition. We have gained a new experience in selecting frames for face and eyebrow shapes.
Zhang Hongyang, Wu Xiaofang, and Xia Lingxin performed well and ultimately won the top three places.
This is the first time that the Training Department has organized this type of training, which will continue to be launched in the future, and targeted training will be conducted for various departments in succession. Please look forward to it!
